Refund policy

At Black Rose Supply Co., every item is thoughtfully selected, handcrafted, or made to order with care. We want you to love what arrives at your door.

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Because many of our products are handcrafted, personal care items, or made to order, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Artisan soaps
  • Salves
  • Shave bars
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

If your item arrives unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please contact us before returning your item, and we'll do our best to help.

Apparel

Our apparel is printed especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly make it right.
